I personally own this machine and use it religiously once a week. It has a digital screen and is self-explanatory on how to use it. Do not use it on the eyelids and only go as close to the eye as the orbital bone. I might be a bit biased because I own this unit, but I do thank it for how great my skin looks. It features three settings and again, I suggest that you start off on the lower setting and work to a higher setting on subsequent treatments.
It comes with 4 tips, and you’ll quickly get accustomed to which head to use where. They are normal, fine, body and massage heads. I use a narrower tip around my nose and chin, and then a broader on the rest of my face and neck. Even when I go for a professional microdermabrasion session, they only use two different tips on me. More is not really necessary.
This is not as powerful a unit as other more expensive dermabrasion units, however, it still does a good job and you’ll still see an amazing difference.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
After a microdermabrasion treatment, my skin usually feels tight, almost like it has a bit of a sunburn. I avoid wearing make up for that day, and let my skin rest and “breathe”. Sometimes there is a bit of redness but that could also be because I love to follow up on my microdermabrasion treatment with an enzyme mask.
HOW DO I PREP FOR A TREATMENT?
Thoroughly cleanse your skin. If you have a facial steamer, use that prior to microdermabrasion to open up the pores, and allow the machine to suction deep into your pores.
Dry your skin and start to use the microdermabrasion. I go over each area three times in a grid fashion. I then replace the tip with a smaller one and do my nose area and chin/upper lip.
Afterward, I use a moisturizer with SPF and I stay out of the sun. You’ve just exposed new skin, so your skin is more sensitive to the sun and will easily sunburn.
